ECONOMIC SECURITY
The Center is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals and families, as well as enhancing the economic security of our members through the following programs:
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
We provide free tax preparation for households earning less than $67,000 beginning in early February.
Financial Assistance
The Center can assist members who are experiencing a short-term financial crisis. We can help with housing, utility, and transportation costs.
Government Benefit Navigation
Our team can help you apply for government assistance like SNAP (food stamps), Medicaid, cash assistance, and more.
FAFSA Assistance
The Center offers help to high school seniors and their families navigating the financial aid process for post-secondary education. Appointments are available on Thursdays in January & February by appointment.
Case Management
Our Community Health Workers will meet with individuals and families to set goals and develop strategies to accomplish those goals. The sky is the limit.
